Our tech service team will be there from the beginning, making sure things go smoothly and customizing your machine to fit the specific needs of your operation. They're readily available to answer questions by phone, e-mail, or fax. If necessary, they'll travel to your location to keep your machine in excellent condition.
The Colorbiotics service truck has a 3800-pound crane capable of lifting any component on Colorbiotics equipment, welders capable of both stick and wire feeds, and a plasma torch to cut through metal. In addition, there's enough space on the truck to hold at least one of every commonly used part along with the tools necessary to install each. This will help to minimize your downtime and keep your business up and running.
Many customers find the Colorbiotics tech service program as a valuable resource for maintaining equipment. The program is designed not only to fix problems as they occur, but to make sure your machine is running as efficiently as possible. Our tech service representatives will conduct machine audits and calibrate the machine as needed to ensure optimal performance.
