Order parts with a call, click or email

Have you checked out our new web page to order parts? We recently added this feature to make the customer experience faster and more convenient. It complements the new warehouse opened last year that contains more than 1,100 parts ready for immediate shipment. 

“We sent customers new parts manuals with updated parts numbers in the last year, so they can easily get online and enter the part numbers to get the piece and quantity they want,” said Dave Roller, technical services manager at Colorbiotics. “It’s normally quicker on both ends to order online, but a customer doesn’t have to use it if they’d rather talk to us.”

As always, customers can call, email or click the “Call the Team” button on the website to get their order started. The phone number is 888-663-6980 (ext. 2), and the email address is parts@colorbiotics.com.
